Clot 81

An integral renovation of an 80-square-meter flat from the 19th century in Barcelona. This sustainable project focused on enhancing air circulation and natural lighting while incorporating environmentally friendly and recycled materials such as wood, hydraulic tiles, granite, and PET.

To achieve these goals, some walls and the false ceiling were removed, uncovering the original wooden beams and creating new volumes and openings. These adjustments allowed for improved ventilation and lighting, especially in the central, previously enclosed area of the flat. The kitchen was designed using PET panels made from recycled plastic bottles, adding a contemporary and sustainable touch to the space.
